Spa City has the solution. We install above the water neck jets on our above ground spas which can be used on demand. Normal hydrotherapy jets tend to be too strong for the soft tissue in your neck which can possibly cause more damage than good under prolonged use. The other problem with underwater jets is your ability to massage your neck and keep your head above water. These jets, specifically engineered for your neck, have just the right pressure in order to provide relief while strategically placed to focus on your neck and shoulders without dunking under water.

Spa City Spas uses a top-loading pressure filter system that is superior to the industry standard skim filter. Water is pushed, rather than pulled, through the filter cartridge for a more efficient use of pump energy. This efficiency means your filter will require less maintenance and ensures a longer life for your filtration pump. A pressure filter system requires the pump to perform its original function - to pump instead of pull!

Pressure filter systems keep the filter (and the dirt it catches) hidden from view. Skim filters often leave the filter exposed and unsightly right at eye level, a possibly dangerous enticement to the curious fingers and hands of small children. In a pressure filter system, the filter is hidden from view in a sealed container, away from the exploration of little hands. Spa City Spas’ top-loading pressure filter eliminates the unsightly hazard and keeps dirt away from bathers both large and small, yet makes the filter easily accessible to adults for cleaning. With access on the top edge of the spa, cleaning the filter or replacing the cartridge is never a problem.

Standard on all Spa City Spas, the UL listed underwater light comes with two colored lenses to suite your mood in addition to the permanent clear lens. There’s a soft glow for your more relaxed moments, and a brighter illumination for a cheerful mood. The light is small (only 2.5” in diameter) and requires only one easily replaced bulb, yet fully illuminates the spa’s beautiful acrylic interior.

The underwater light provides added safety in entering or exiting the spa for indoor or outdoor use. It’s just one more way that Spa City Spas works to provide you with the very best.

A Spa City Spa cover can save you money on electrical operating expenses by preventing extensive heat loss. It retains as much as 90% more heat when compared to an uncovered spa.

Using a cover reduces the amount of time it takes to heat a spa. Once the water has reached the desired temperature, your spa will lose very little heat over a 24 hour period. To solve this tension dilemma, Spa City Spas offers soft, curved injection-molded pillows. Sculpted to fit the back of your neck and head, the pillows provide additional comfort and support while you are relaxing in your spa.

Spa City Spas’ engineers have designed the pillow recesses so that they are pleasing with the pillows, and also without. Should you lose or need to replace a pillow, the recess is comfortable functional on its own.

Completely waterproof and easily removable, these pillows are included standard in most of our spa models.
